Shiv Oasis is a housing scheme located at Gandhidham, which is an effort to make housing on open adaptable land. The site is divided into zones for easy movement through the site, the central zone being the recreation hub.

The land contains 122 units of houses of 2 and 3 bhk with a central area dedicated to recreational activities consisting of gym spa etc, which acts as a central gathering space for the residents.

The grand entrance embellished with a serene landscape takes you inside. Every house is thoughtfully oriented and designed which concentrates at the center where the luxuries clubhouse resides.
