Canada palace was designed as a mixed-use complex and as a prime example of the phenomenon of urbanization. The site is located in Mehsana, Gujarat.

The most developed suburban area with significant commerce to the west of Mehsana city. It measures 3400 Sq.M. and included ways to the main road such as Mehsana bypass road and Panchot circle. The large central space helps unite all the functions happening on the upper floors

The project contains a shopping mall and commercial office space covering 7000 Sq.M. of built area.

In the shopping mall, the user is at the center circulating among fountains, plants, and tremendously large volumes, intending to enjoy the public space and provide a site for social encounters and interactions for the zone and the city as a whole.

The shopping mall occupies the first 3 floors and the other floors are for offices. It houses underground parking to meet parking needs.
